What states do you buy in?

All of them. We actively target properties across QLD, NSW, VIC, WA, SA and regional centres nationwide. As long as the numbers work, we'll look at it.

What's your price range?

We typically look at properties between $200,000 and $800,000 purchase price. Outside that range, send it anyway and we'll have a look — we assess each deal on its merits.

Do you buy units or apartments?

We focus on houses, townhouses and duplexes where we can add real value through renovation and layout changes. Units with strata restrictions generally don't give us the flexibility we need.

How quickly can you make an offer?

Our target is 48 hours from receiving the property details. If you send us an address, photos, and the asking price, we'll come back to you with a position — not a maybe.

Can you be flexible on settlement?

Yes. We can move fast for motivated vendors or extend if that's what they need. We structure our finance to be flexible, so just tell us what works for your vendor.

Do you really give agents the re-list?

Yes, genuinely. Agents who bring us deals get first right of refusal on the re-list once renovations are complete. We see it as part of the partnership, not a favour.
